I fondly remember Lao Tzu’s quote often “Go to the people. Live with them. Learn from them. Love them. Start with what they know. Build with what they have and finally leave them with the feeling that they have done themselves” and this way of approaching life has created impact within myself and also in people with whom I interact and work.

As I had a personal journey of equipping my daughter for her 12th exams, entrance and college admissions, I came across many colleges and the unique courses offered. But on the other side, many students have little access to resources and deficit awareness of preparation to face competitive exams.

With the help of my trusted aides and experts in education we came up with the idea of building Competency for teachers and hence the dawn of CDP360(Competency Development Platform with 360-degree development).

As teachers interact with students regularly, building teacher’s competency would definitely uplift the standard of the class and also the school. Teachers are encouraged to use our resources to engage students in class. This engagement creates interest in students to practise more at their own pace and hence students also enrol in our platform for their personal learning.
